Our Story

A Visionary Community Built on the Red Sea

Conceived as Jordan's premier coastal destination, Tala Bay was masterplanned by Ellerbe Becket — a world-renowned Minnesota-based architectural firm — and has been operational since 2005.

Spanning over 2 kilometres of pristine Red Sea beachfront, Tala Bay is fully self-sufficient, integrating its own roads, electrical systems, water supply, and communications infrastructure — a true city within a city.

Located just 15 kilometres from King Hussein International Airport and positioned within the Aqaba Marine Park, it sits at the gateway to UNESCO World Heritage sites Petra and Wadi Rum.
